From Tea Shop of East West Company

Excellent second crop (June’s harvest) consisting almost exclusively of tips from this Darjeeling garden located in the East Valley. Its delicate infusion is extraordinarily subtle, with a Muscatel flavour and aroma. To appreciate it in all its purity it is recommended to drink it on its own. It is distinguished among black teas for its lower theine content due to slight oxidation.
Ingredients

Indian Black Tea from a selected second harvest in Darjeeling, almost only composed by shoots.

Steeping time: 2-3 minutes water temperature: 95º Dosing: 12 g por litro ( 2/3 g por taza mug)

Tasting Notes

Color: bright honey. Aroma: fruity, muscatel-like and highly scented. Flavor: fruity, sweet grapes with mild astringency. Light and delicate.
