Phoenix Single Bush Oolong Teas are harvested and processed from each individual tea trees yielding an average of 3 lbs per trees. Dan Cong teas are Oolong varietals grown on the mountain tops of Phoenix Mountain in China. Single Bush Dan Cong teas are as old as 900 years of age which are among the rarest and most unusual teas in the world. Each individual tea tree is unique in flavor and aroma. There are not 2 tea trees exactly alike in this world.
