Tea Name: Organic and Fair Trade Venture Irish Breakfast Pekoe

Description: The Venture tea garden, Uva district, is one of Sri Lanka’s pioneering organic, bio-dynamic enterprises. This robust Irish Breakfast tea offers a deep, mahogany liquor.

Origin/Estate: Sri Lanka – Uva District

Caffeine: Black teas, which are fully fermented tea has approximately 45 mg of caffeine per 8 oz cup (compared to on average 90 mg of caffeine per 8 oz cup of coffee)

Taste: A peaty, fruity, plum-like cup, a nice balance of intense flavor and good mouth feel.

Brewing: Water: 195˚F / Leaves: 1 teaspoon per 8 ounces / Infusion Time: 4–5 minutes
