Thank you MissB for sending me this sample! And she left a little note on it as well! Her favourite white. Well it does smell lovely so I’m excited to end my night with this tea :)

Mmmm this smells so good! More sweet like caramel and toffee :) I can’t quite put my finger on the exact flavour though. It’s like toffee, but has the brightness of mint (like the feeling in the mouth, not the actual flavour of mint. Does that even make sense?). Bonny, I see why this is your favourite white! It’s so nice and smooth and bright. I’m reading other notes on this and there’s coconut!? Ahh this is a great tea, and I don’t really taste the coconut, which is great because coconut isn’t really my favoutite flavour. But dude. THIS TEA IS GOOD.
I’m getting different tastes than other people. I usually underleaf my teas. Like usually it’s 3g to 8oz, but I found for my tastes, that is a bit too much for me, so it’s 2g for 8oz and it works perfect for this tea! This ratio may be underleafing for others, but it’s the perfect amount for me :)

((shout out to Flo [aka awoogah on here] for finally making a steepster account because I’ve been telling her all these stories about steepster ahha))

additional notes: Ah, so THIS was the tea I have been craving. Just haven’t had it in so long I forgot the flavor profile! It’s like a pineapple coconut smoothie and it’s almost gone!

I am having this again because Roswell Strange has been kind enough to offer to grab me some when she goes to get me Buddha Bamboo. However, although I am enjoying it quite a bit, I don’t know if I am quite prepared to commit to a large quantity of it. It combines apricot and coconut beautifully in a delectably creamy cup. However, I just don’t reach for white teas too quickly and I feel it might get lost in my large cupboard. Perhaps when I get down to a reasonable amount of tea…

I can hold out on sending some to you/buying you some. You might be moving soon, but I’m not going anywhere so this can be picked up for you at any time if you change your mind. :) Plus, I think it might be permanent to my cupboard – so samples can always be passed as swap add ins.

Thank you for the offer. I just don’t know if I would want a lot of it or not. Buddha Bamboo, on the other hand, I would be happy to be swimming in :P

I wouldn’t turn down the occasional sample though :)

Not sure why, but this cup just didn’t hit any of the right notes for me – the base teas seemed discordant and ill-suited to one another and the only flavouring I picked up was a hint of pineapple-ish fruityness that I didn’t find all that palatable.

Not my thing, I guess.

TY MissB for a sample of this tea! Hmm, I totally thought this tea tasted like apricots, coconut cream with a lotta lemon grass. Apparently, it supposed to be pineapple coconut. I think all the floral in this did one of those taste warps that makes it taste like peach/apricots. Actually, a pretty good blend – I like the fruity and creamy in this tea – very delicious, sweet with a long fruity aftertaste. The dry leaf is gorgeous, lots of big yellow rose buds!
However, I found there was too much lemongrass. If I were to try this one again, it be iced.
