There are different Grades of Jiao Gu Lan, we chose the medium grad in pearl shape.

One pearl is good for one pot (1 L) of tea. Brewing instructions: it is recommended not to brew Jiao Gu Lan with boiling water. The temperature should be 60˚ to 80˚ C, steep for 45 sec to 3 minutes.
