Tazo Zen is created using select full-flavored, pan-fired green teas from China, long fabled for their legendary properties. These teas converge with lemon verbena leaves, lemongrass and spearmint leaves in a blissful state. I received this tea by mistake, once I said green tea and didn’t know that starbucks carried more than one, and the dude heard zen tea. And that’s how we met. It doesn’t make the am cut because it is a very mellow, comforting, low key tea, I make it my late evening companion.
Great anytime tea! I found this at starbucks to add to my green tea collection and I love it. The spearmint taste gives it a little kick. I drink it plain, however I would think that adding a little lemon and splenda would give the tea a complete make over! I seep this tea for about 30-50 seconds. Enjoy!
