From T2

We’ve travelled the world to find these rare and special teas. The crème de la crème of teas lets you escape to a moment of absolute refined indulgence. A warm, buttery, popcorny, big leafy oolong with a bright, lingering flavour that will leave you saying “please sir, I want some more”.

Wen Shan is harvested during spring (Grain Rain) and is known as Grain Rain tea. In some Chinese folk legends, a dead man could come back to life after drinking the Grain Rain tea. This tea is delicately oxidized to 8-10% leaving this tea with a very green, bright taste.

Grown at an altitude of 400mts. Harvested in April 2014 (spring harvest)

Brew: 1 tsp per 250ml, 5-7 mins at 80 °C (176°F) Good for 2-3 infusions

Serve: Hot

Flavour: Smooth, vegetal, light spring flower notes, creamy buttery aftertaste
