Love this tea. Not just for winter, this tea is good all year around. It’s like all the bite-y flavours from chai without the aromatics, and for me, without feeling the need to add honey. Pepper and cinnamon, with just the right ginger kick kick.

Tried to pick this bad boy up again for a Hobart winter and I just can’t. It’s too bitter and I can’t be bothered trying to save it when there are so many other great blends on offer. I threw the last of it in the bin.

This tea really warms you up from the inside out. It’s the perfect balance – just enough ginger, just enough cinnamon, just enough tea. Perfect on cold nights (or anytime, really) with a hint of honey if you need it sweeter. Drink it while sitting on your couch in a knitted sweater, under a snuggly blanket, watching your favourite film. Amazing to drink while listening to Bon Iver.
