One of the better Stash teas I’ve had. It reminds me of a black tea and holds up really well to milk/cream. I can’t say I’d buy a full box of it, but I’ll happily drink it if it’s around.

Mmmmmmm what a scrumptious cup. Mint teas are very hit or miss for me, but sometimes I crave the chocolate/mint combo, and this really hit the spot. I love the mild oolong combined with the creamy chocolate, and cool peppermint. A splash of oat milk made this the perfect morning cup of comfort.

A tea with a flavor note/ingredient from a favorite Girl Scout cookie
Thanks to tea-and-cats for this one! It’s one of my favorite teas from Stash actually.
Thin mints are one of my favorite girl scout cookies and this tea reminds me a bit of them. It’s a nice dessert-y chocolate mint tea and the oolong base pairs really well with that flavor combo.

The other tea bag that I had on Wednesday.

Honestly? For a chocolate and mint flavour in teabag format, this one holds up really well. It’s rich, you get the cooling sensation from the mint, and it’s smooth overall. Do you taste the oolong? No, not really – but that’s alright. I think it’s well done for what it is, and I appreciate the caffeine that the oolong is lending even if I’m not tasting it.

I was looking for an alternative to hot chocolate with peppermint extract, and came across this one.

There is not much of a chocolate flavour in this tea; the mint is very overpowering. but I like it anyways. if you’re looking for chocolate tones, it’s not there. But if you like mint, you’ll like this one.

I am very impressed with this tea. I have to say, I am not a fan of bagged teas – I will drink them if I just want a quick pick me up – but think one was simply delicious! I often find with many ‘chocolate’ teas that there is no real chocolate flavour – that is not true in this case. Tasted like I was sucking on a yummy chocolate thin mint! The flavors are very bold. Very well done!

How i got it: Gift from my sister

Experience: This is my first taste of Oolongs that i can remember. Nice tea, i have to say. None of the flavors are very pronounced, but all of them can be perceived. The mint notes are the most clear, followed by the tea ones, while the chocolate ones stay constantly in the background. Very smooth aroma, also dominated by the mint. At the end, a well balanced and enjoyable mix. Quite good.

Would i buy it?: Why not (hehe)? I’m marking this one as another good option to look for if i’m in a mood for sweets.

When you open the package, its as if your opening a box of girl guide cookies! YUMMY!! But then you add the water and your sugars. (I usually like my tea with out milk) And the water made it smell of weed. The smell usually makes me have a headache. But i think Oolong teas are meant to be drunken with milk? I liked it much better once i put the milk inside. Made it seem like i was drinking a melted cookie!

It was really Tasty, I might not have steeped it as long as I should have and added a bit too much water, but it was great none the less! I have 17 more to go!
