“I’ve never found Ceylon interesting, but this made a pretty good cup. It has hints of cocoa and citrus. I wouldn’t go out of my way to purchase it, but I wouldn’t turn it down either.” Read full tasting note
“My favorite Ceylon, if I described it with one word it would be smooth.” Read full tasting note
“Absolutely stellar: my favorite Ceylon, unless you count Brewhaha’s Rose Tea, which is a Ceylon base. Delicate, honeyed flavor; relatively difficult to over-brew!” Read full tasting note

Description

The Kenilworth Orange Pekoe is a treat for the eyes, nose and palate. The long, crisp, dried leaves are dark brown with beautiful tawny tips; the infusion has a soft, almost rose-like scent that imparts a pleasing taste that is free of astringency. A very likable, elegant breakfast or afternoon tea. Try it over ice for a refreshing gourmet iced tea!

Recommendations: Use 1 heaping tsp. per 6 oz. cup; heat fresh water to a roaring boil; steep for 3 min. Try with rock sugar.
