Lemongrass is regularly used in Thai cookery. It is however, useful in many other ways. It possesses a citrusy flavour that works well when blending with other herbs. Our Pure Lemongrass Tea is grown in Thailand, this caffeine free herbal tea also helps settle a stomach. Tastes great iced as well.
Medicinally lemon grass is considered a diuretic, tonic and stimulant. It promotes good digestion, and a preparation of lemon grass with pepper has been used for relief of menstrual troubles and nausea.
