Honeybush is technically not a tea, but an infusion. It is made from the Cyclopia genus, within the fabaceae family (the same family that Rooibos belongs to). This infusion contains no caffeine, and can brew quite strong. In South Africa where Honeybush is very popular, it is named for its sweet brew, and for the sweet aroma of the flowers. This malted honey-like-brew has a delicious sweetness to it that makes it perfect for after a meal.
