Description

In Sanskrit, the word Shanti means ?Peace?. It is usually chanted 3 times at the end of a yoga class as ?Om shanti, shanti, shanti? as a call for universal peace.

In the Buddhist practice, Shanti refers to the peace that can be found within our self as opposed to looking for peace outside of our physical body.

Feel santosha (contentment) settling in when you sip this full-bodied cup that is sweet and slightly earthy, with a light mint aftertaste. It brews to an amber cup with a sweet, earthy aroma.

Ingredients: Birch Bark, Rosehips, Organic Cinnamon Bark, Orange Peel, Organic Cacao Nibs, Eleuthero Root, Damiana Leaf, Pau d’arco, Organic Spearmint Leaf, Cloves, Sarsaparilla, Organic Ginger & Organic Peppermint.
