From Silver Needle Tea Co.

One of the most sought after Oolong teas in the world, this High Mountain Oolong is grown in Alishan, Taiwan over 7000 ft in elevation. The dew from such high elevation enriches the leaves with a natural milky taste that is rare and truly exquisite. This fine tea is package in our Yellow cylinder.

Origin: Alishan, Taiwan

Tasting note: Milky, smooth with a lingering floral finish.

Steeping Instructions:
Quantity: 1 teaspoon per 6 ounces
Water Temperature: 185 – 205ºF
Steeping Time: 1st infusion 30 seconds, 2nd infusion 50 seconds, 3rd infusion 1 minute, subsequent infusions 1 minute

Tea connoisseurs often first clean tea leaves of dust and particles by steeping it in the suggested temperature for no more than 30 seconds and discarding the rinse water.
