From Silk Road Teas

Wood charcoal–fired Oolong from the famous Feng Huang area in the Phoenix Mountains of Guangdong Province. Made of long, thin leaves crafted by artisans, then fired to a deep brown–red leaf color, the taste is toasty, full of aroma and fruity notes. Briefly rinse the leaves to awaken them and enjoy the aroma. Then brew it in water of 195-205 degrees, 2 minutes and unlease a wealth of tastes good for multiple steeps.

Was very impressed with this oolong. I think it might be my favorite from the Oolong Sampler Silk Road Tea’s has.

You can definitely taste some of the fruitiness under the strong, smooth toasted flavor of this tea. The aroma is great as well.
