From Silk Road Teas

This savory white tea is made of new leaf buds infused with Jasmine flowers. Harvested in Fujian Province early in the spring, the Yin Zhen buds then wait to be scented with Jasmine flowers. The silver–colored needles create a tasty and soothing tea. Steep for 1 – 2 minutes at a water temperature of 165 – 175 degrees.

I like Jasmine Silver Needle, it has the amazing taste of jasmine with the subtlety of the Silver Needle. It is a really good tea I would give it a higher rating but I prefer Silver Needle when is more sweet and this is a more savory version.

Rather special. Bold and full-bodied but not sharp.

With the Breville automatic tea maker I can walk into my kitchen first thing in the morning and have it filled with the great smell of Jasmine! Jasmine Silver needle might cost more but it is a good value. Skip the cheap chemical fake flavored jasmine tea and taste the real thing, you will not want to go back.

Even after multiple steeps, the tea continues to hold its flavor and remains very smooth. Definitely a favorite.
