White Monkey (Bai Hou): A Fujian Province tea made of hand crafted twisted green leaves and small white buds. A traditional Chinese green that steeps to a sweet and nutty flavor. It is belly-warming, palate satisfying and serves well as an everyday beverage that also compliments food. The name gives an clear indication of enjoyment this tea gives. Steep in water 165-185 degrees for two minutes.
