From Silk Road Teas

This renowned yellow tea grows in the high mountains of the steep and rocky Huang Shan Mountains. Small tea farms hug the slopes and are often shrouded in swirling mists creating a climate ideal for this naturally sweet tea. Yellow tea is processed the same as green tea except after withering and before firing it goes through an additional step called “men huan”, when the leaf is lightly steamed. This step greatly enhances the sweetness of this tea.
Huang Shan Mao Feng is a perhaps the most famous of the yellow teas and is well-worth the taste experience.

Not a fan. Had a sort of plastic taste. Not even worth giving another chance.
