You have your standard chai spice flavors here with cinnamon being the most prominent. Cardamom and clove follow directly after the cinnamon. The ginger is very mild in this one. Score! I do have to wonder how this would taste if it had roasted mate instead. That might just be the best.
Oooh, yes. I seem to have developed a fondness for roasted mate – I can only imagine how delicious it would be with chai spicing!!
