Product Description: Tarajulie is a beautiful estate that lies in the shadows of the Himalayan Mountains on the Bramaputra River plain. The soil is deep and sandy after millennia of spring and fall flooding from the river. A very hot and steamy monsoon season coupled with a relatively dry and cool winter makes perfect climate conditions for the Assam tea bush. The estate only produces orthodox manufactured tea and has maintained some of the forested areas on the estate to provide cover for the endangered animals in the area.
