This Sweet Pi Lo Chun from the southern Chinese province of Fujian is characterized by its sweet, slightly fruity flavor and yellow – green tea color.
Pi: The color of tea (green as Emerald)
Lo: The shape of the leaves (small snails)
Chun: The Spring (The tea is harvested in spring)

Sweet Pi Lo Chun is more gentle, fine and lightly sweeter, than its name cousin and it fascinates by its sweet, lightly fruit taste.
The tea is lightly fruit with a yellow greenish cup colour.
