Guanzizai Yiwu Early Spring Green Pu-erh Tea Cake (观自在 易武早春青饼)

This cake is made by Guanzizai tea factory, a famed small Pu-erh producer many tea collectors followed. The naturely organic tea leaves are plucked, panned and kneaded, sun-dried in an open field, and then steamed, finally compressed into a fine tea cake all by hand.

The tea has a pleasing amber color, it boasts its mellow taste and sweet aftertaste. It helps to quench thirst, clear away heat, promote digestion, relieve fatigue, refresh consciousness and dispel the effects of alcohol. Highly recommended to Pu-erh tea collectors.

Brewed 190f for 15 seconds per steep. Nothing that jumps out from it, but the late steeps are pleasant.
