From Nannuoshan

A high-fire tea with a savory and intense vegetal taste.
The dark and glossy dry leaves reveal that Hong Qing was baked at high temperature. The taste goes along with the appearance; quite intense but neither burnt not charred, slightly grassy and with a distinguishing juniper flavor.
ORIGIN: Zhejiang, China
MEANING: Baked Green (hong qing)
HARVEST TIME: April 6, 2016
TASTE: Intense, juniper, slightly grassy
