At the foot of the Himalayas comes Darjeeling, called by some as the ‘Champagne of Tea’. Darjeeling produces a light coloured, yet bright liqueur that is very delicate and has a refined muscatel character. It is highly aromatic and said to be sweetened by nature. Best without milk or sugar.
