This delicate Hawai’i Grown white tea is named for Poliahu, goddess of snow, residing on Mauna Kea where snow is often visible in the winter. Poliahu is remembered as the most beautiful goddess of Hawai`i. Like Poliahu this white tea is most beautiful unfolding in a glass tea pot. It has a flavor as delicate as snow melting in the tropical sun. A very delicate white tea with buttery notes.
