Our Green Glow Elixir is based on organic Sencha tea leaves which are handpicked on a cool Japanese spring day. We blend the resulting tea with organic matcha powder and the most delicate touch of organic spearmint. This tea is excellent hot or iced, and makes a wonderful, refreshing summer brew. The addition of spearmint makes it a very civilized way to settle the stomach, as well.
Green tea is astoundingly high in anti-oxidants and is known for its cleansing and uplifting properties. The taste of this tea is rich, green and gently sweet, and brews up to an intoxicating jade hue. Contains caffeine.
Directions: Bring 8 ounces of water to the point just below a simmer, pour over 1 teaspoon of Green Glow Elixir, steep no longer than 3 minutes, strain and sip.
