I thought some black tea this morning would do me well so I looked around my cupboard this morning and found this tea, in pyramid bag form. Drinking this straight black (for a change).

This tea is really nice, it’s sweet, smoky, malty and dry. When I say this is sweet I really mine it, like stevia and hay combined to make some sort of ultra sweet blend which smooths out most of any thickness the black tea has. Though it still has the qualities of a black tea it is rather mild and the sweetness strong. It’s nice, I really like it, but I couldn’t have it all the time. I would consider buying more, I only got a few bags from a sampler to try them.

“Decaffeinated Breakfast Tea” Isn’t that a contradiction in terms? ;-) Sounds like a slow start to a new day! ;-)

Yeah I know what you mean, I don’t usually have decaf tea but today I woke up rather refreshed and ready to start my day. I’m happy I tried this one today, I guess some of it may be psychological, I’m drinking black tea therefore it has caffeine and will be good. Worked for me though :)
