Vanilla Caramel Truffle

drank this one after the disappointing chai experience. i agree with zizu, there’s a bitter aftertaste to this one. wish i had milk or cream to soften the bite.

How i got it: Found some old teabags at my parent’s house

Experience: I’m not really a fan of vanilla, but i do like this combination. The resulting aroma is very enjoyable, and the flavor is almost as good. The touches of vanilla and caramel are very pronounced and clear, leaving the tea behind, but still perceptible if one makes an effort to find it. I’d say good enough.

Would i buy it?: I’m in doubt with this one. Maybe if i am in a mood for sweets and i don’t have other option at the moment, it could be.

I’ve got a lot of this package left, and I kind of want to finish it!! So I rate this tea somewhere in the middle, not my favorite, but I do not dislike it.

We are getting a major storm tonight. It went from around 40 degrees this afternoon, and right now it is 60 degrees outside!! We’ve been averaging really low temperatures, like 7 degrees to 15 degrees. Its just starting to warm up today, but we are getting a major storm. Its going to rain all night long. Yesterday I had a really bad headache, it feels better today. I’m drinking tea to relax, and to calm me down.

The winds are going to be really bad tonight. The storm is starting at 10pmish, and it is 8:35pm right now. I hope we don’t lose power. I have one working flash light. My mom let me know about tonight’s storm, and I checked www.weather.com

I might not go anywhere tomorrow, the wind will be really bad. But we are not expecting a tornado. I’m done studying for tonight, so I might read for awhile and drink my tea.

We had a 3 hour window of a nice day today, so my Uncle took me to TJs and Michaels because I had a coupon. I got iced tea, which I love and breakfast.

I have a cup of this every night, and I never get tired of it. I absolutely love how it tastes and how it smells. Perfect for a cozy night in when you want something a little sweeter, but still not too sweet.

I need to buy this tea somewhere online in Ireland or the UK.
Where can I buy it? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Google searches so far are showing up nothing but a box of this tea for 35 dollars! Must be good as its impossible to buy online or offline as far as I can see…

I’m usually pretty averse to artificial flavors, but somehow i find this Lipton tea totally delightful. It smells absolutely wonderful, and while the flavor is delicate, a little bit of honey seems to really bring everything together for me. It’s my husband’s favorite tea, and i usually wish i’d gone with this rather than whatever i’ve picked for myself when i make it for him. It doesn’t really have a tea flavor at all; it mainly just tastes like caramel. Yum!

I absolutely hate black teas (unless it’s sweet or iced tea) and I hate Lipton tea even more, but I’m so glad I took a chance on this one! I was pleasantly surprised to find this in pyramid mesh pouches, but the smell took me aback…it smelled just like Lipton’s regular tea. Disappointed, but hoping for the best, I made a cup and fell in love. Steeped, this turns into the most beautiful caramel amber color. The aroma is slight, but holds the attention with it’s vanilla caramel scents. The taste was wonderful, considering it’s a Lipton black tea. The black tea itself was not overpowering, but it was very present. But, toning it all down are the gentle notes of sweet savory vanilla smoothed over by the milky caramel tidbits which really makes this more of a cream tea. I will definitely keep this on hand…at work.
