Malted Chocolate | Rose | Licorice Root
Grown near the serene shores of Sun Moon Lake in Nantou County, Red Rhyme 21 – also known as Hong Yun – is a modern Taiwanese black tea that elegantly blends Assamica and Keemun cultivars. Thriving in the region’s cool, high-altitude climate, this hybrid tea embodies both innovation and tradition.
Expertly hand-picked and fully oxidized, it reveals a silky-smooth body with layered notes of malted chocolate, licorice root, and a delicate hint of rose. Its dark amber infusion, floral warmth, and refined, lingering finish highlight its balanced craftsmanship.
Elegant, expressive, and nuanced, Red Rhyme 21 is perfect for a calm morning or a thoughtful afternoon brew. A bold yet graceful tea that reflects the artistry and evolution of Taiwan’s black tea heritage.
