Excellent… Nice, floral, but not overly… Sweet. This one just moved up to #1!

Made this in my sorapot today. I rinsed the leaves for about 20-30 secs this time around and steeped for 4 minutes after that. I like the way it turned out.

A lovely light, flowery taste and a very refreshing tea, it is not as challenging as some other oolongs which need more attention to be enjoyed, so it is my perfect all-day, ‘everyday’ tea.

Nice light tea that stays in your mouth for a long time. Very relaxing in the morning. I can get 2-3 brewings from it and like to have the water about 200 degrees F.

The leaves are small and are mostly formed into small bundled balls wrapped around themselves. You put your nose in the bag and are hit with a deep earthy, grassy scent. The liquor is a very light golden color and smells smoky with a hint of nuttiness. Its got a little bit of a bite, but pretty tame and enjoyable. Finishes off with the smoky tones that linger keeping the nice taste in your mouth. If you’re looking to get this tea…ask Jack :)
