Well, we thought long and hard trying to think of a great way to describe this exquisite green tea from Taiwan …we came up with some very elaborate names as we wanted to make sure you didn’t get the impression these were simply green tea bags containing tea fannings or dust. That, they are not. They are however, carefully selected ‘pyarmid infusers’ each containing 3g of whole leaf Formosa green tea from a wonderful farm in Nantou, Taiwan. These tea leaves are grown at 600m above sea level where no chemical fertilizers or pesticides are used. Picked in the Springtime, they provide a vegetal but not bitter, mild and fresh taste with a lovely light cup. We harnessed these leaves in 3g lots for your convenience…and after much deliberation, decided to call a spade a spade and a teabag, a tea bag!! Enjoy!
