From Jaya Teas LLC

Altitude: 900mts to 1800 mts
Grade: FTGFOP1
Liquor: Bright orange clear liquor
Infusion: Coppery green bright infusion
Taste: Bold aromatic taste

Well, my cousin has done it again. I had asked him to make a bold tea like the assam, but with the distinct fruity aroma of a Darjeeling tea, and he has given us something to talk about! He has come up with this wonderful tea! I decided to call it Tigerhill because the liquor it produces has the beautiful orange hue of the dawn as observed from Tigerhill point in Darjeeling.

They say that if you go to Darjeeling, one should not miss out on observing the Tigerhill dawn. Similarly, if you love Darjeeling teas, I would highly recommend trying this pan fired tea out – it will definitely wow you!

How to brew the Tigerhill Leaf tea:

>> Bring the water to the boil
>> Add one heap of tea into a cup of water in the pot.
>> Let the tea steep for 2.5-3 minutes
>> Enjoy neat, or with milk – yes this tea is bold enough to withstand milk!
