The last tea of 2011 is here. Just as we celebrate the new teas, let us honor 2011. This tea was made at the famous Castleton Estate, which is half way up to the city of Darjeeling. This autumnal has hints of the lovely stone fruit flavors found in second flushes, and it is lighter bodied. It makes for a nice tea at a nice price.
