From Happy Lucky's Tea House

DiDiDaoDao Hong Cha “100% Most Authentic Black Tea” is procured from the same cultivar as Lapsang Souchong, this is definitely not the smoky tea those familiar with traditional Lapsang Souchong would expect. The plucking is from supple young growth, as you may be able to tell from the thin wiry leaves. The leaves are then processed in the classic Chinese fashion of rolling, oxidizing, and finalized by drying. The end result is a chocolate bouquet and flavor, with soft maltiness and a pleasant sweetness with little to no astringency.

Steep Time: 1-4 min
Water Temp: Boiling
TSP per 8 oz.: 1.5

I got both this one and China golden snail in my last order and I like this one better. It brews up chocolatey, velvet and rich. Not sure how a black, unflavored tea can be so full of dark chocolate flavor, but I should stop wondering and just drink it. I do tend to get busy and distracted when drinking tea occasionally, I should make more of an effort to savor each sip. Not every cup is a similar sip, but this one should be contemplated and thoroughly enjoyed.
