A unique blend of herbs to help calm the mind and uplift the spirit. German Chamomile flower are blended with Lemon balm and Peppermint leaf and Lime leaf/flowers for their traditionally recognised calming effect on both the mind and body. Skullcap, Vervain, and Passion flower herb are then added to round off this tea by helping to unwind and quieten overactive thinking.
