I’ve had this hot before, but today I iced it. It’s really reminding me why I love ginger so much! Sweet, spicy, and refreshing. I think I enjoy plain ginger more iced than hot. Hot I tend to prefer blended with other spices for more complexity, or at least with some cream or almond milk. Just the ginger itself is really working for me iced, at least today.

Flavors: Ginger, Spicy, Sweet

Ginger and peppermint iced sounds good right about now!
