Sustainably harvested leaves > fired > rolled > scented > dried

Attributes
Low-caffeine, abundant antioxidant, increases immunity. Certified Organic, single origin, garden direct. Lan’Xang tea species are higher in polyphenol content by 5-7%,catechin 30-60% and water-soluble substances 3-5%

Preparation
1-2 tsp per 8 oz, DO NOT USE BOILING WATER, This tea requires water well under a boil, 180° F, 3-4 min. For iced tea, steep tea strongly, allow to cool, pour over ice

Got this at Contraband coffee shop, nice loose rolled leaves in a large infuser.

Tasted pretty subtle and bland, with a nice fragrance. Am beginning to realise that all Jasmine greens are pretty bland so I might give up on them unless I find something really great.
