  • “This tea smells of sweet cooked apple and a fruity base tea with pastry like hints. I find it benefits from a 5 minute steep. The base does not overpower the flavouring and the fruit is stronger...” Read full tasting note
  • “This sample is getting kind of old, so the flavours have probably muted a bit. I got the apple flavour when the cup was hot, but it seemed to have disappeared as the cup cooled. Once the cup...” Read full tasting note

This tea never leaves me unsatisfied. When you open the tin is like you open a box of an Eau de parfum. Typical Parisian I would say from the way they designed it. The first infusion was 3 min, not my cup of tea…threw it away and thought the tin would make a fine tea storage. Decided to give it one more chance, infused for 4 min, and to my surprise, DELICIOUS! It was like eating apples sprinkled with orange juice on top. I drank it 30 min ago and I still have the wonderful taste in my mouth. Very smooth, very enjoyable, and with zero bitterness.

Flavors: Apple, Citrus Fruits, Orange
