It’s a very unique blend! I’ve only had it steeped for a long time, but I’ll be trying it shorter soon to see the difference. If steeped for about 5 minutes, I picked up on loads of pink peppercorn, a little fruity sweetness (not artificial or candylike in the least) and some greenery. It’s got a beautiful fragrance, and a very unique taste. I imagine it’d be nice cold brewed as well, very refreshing in a herbaceous spa sort of way.

First off Extraordinary Desserts definitely knows how to make wonderful teas!

According to their website, Ginza Girl is “A Japanese inspired blend of fresh-picked cherries, pink peppercorns, and a touch of rosemary. Stimulating and sassy!”

It’s a black tea base and you can definitely taste each of the elements described above. I find the tea to be very refreshing and bright.

I also like that it tastes great steeped for both shorter and longer periods of time. My preference for this tea is to steep lightly and drink plain.

I love the Extraordinary Desserts restaurant in Little Italy San Diego. While waiting for a table I smelled sell several tea blends and decided to buy Ginza Girl.
Love it! I take it with a little milk and stevia.
