An indian blend of ground spices simply meaning “spiced tea”. this tea changes dramatically as steeping time increases. With a short steeping time, the black tea itself is the most notable flavor with the spices in the background. the longer the leaves remain in the water, the cardamom and pepper become stronger and, if left too long, can ultimately mask the other flavors. This blend is traditionally served with milk and sugar.
