This deep, rich single-estate Ceylon (Sri Lanka) black tea yields a smooth finish – with or without milk. It’s hard to over brew this forgiving tea.
Ceylon teas have always enamored the French, and this Flowery Pekoe Grade from the St. Coombs Estate in the Dimbula region is a favorite!
Add milk if you wish. After all, it was the French who taught their English cousins to put milk into their tea.
