I was visiting one of my favourite tea stores on eBay and noticed goji leaf tea for sale. I was intrigued and ordered it, because I like unusual teas and am always looking for caffeine-free alternatives. Goji leaf tea has antioxidants in it and is very good for you, so I couldn’t resist ordering it. The loose leaf tea is dark green and has a vegetal aroma. The brewed tea is of a nice green colour that resembles green tea and has a mild aroma. The taste is vegetal and slightly sweet. I really like this tea and ordered more when I ran out. The Royal Tea Bay lists this tea under their green teas, but I think it means the colour as when I researched it, I found that it’s caffeine free and is what is says it is: only goji leaves. I found the taste slightly similar to green tea, so I think if you like strong green tea, you’ll like goji leaf tea.
