Honestly the visual that came to mind when I tasted this cold brew is an under-ripe strawberry that you are eating but forgot to take the leaves off first. So its strawberry but a little tart and has a sort of extra leafy/earthy/herb quality. As I keep drinking, I am noticing that the strawberry part is smaller than the leaf part since there is more leafiness than strawberry. Did I like it? Not really. Did I finish it? Yes. Why? Because its caffeine free and thus probably hydrating.
