Eggnog Latte!

Gonna be honest, I wasn’t sure if this was a flavour of matcha that would taste good with eggnog but I’m glad I tried it out. The lavender and eggnog combo was a little bit strange, but not as bad as it could have been. Lavender and creamy flavoures do go nicely together. I mean doesn’t a Lavender Creme Brulee sound lovely? This is too far off that mark.

Mostly thought the eggnog actually brought out the honey notes in the matcha and the combination of wildflower honey and sweet eggnog with a hint of nutmeg was pretty awesome. Again, a little weird. But the good kind of weird.

Friendly reminder that I do not numerically rate DAVIDsTEA blends as I’m currently employed there and it would be an obvious conflict of interest. Any blends you see with numerical ratings were rated prior to my employment there. These reviews are a reflection of my personal thoughts and feelings regarding the teas, and not the company’s.
