I enjoyed this so much at my friend’s house last week that I bought some of my own. Drank this as an iced tea, which was delicious. I really enjoy it on its own, but with a tiny bit of agave (1/2 tsp) it was stellar. Seriously amazing. Strawberry jello in tea form…and only 10 calories a glass! My only major problem with it is that it doesn’t resteep well. The second steeping was fairly weak. The third I added a teabag of berry zinger (Celestial seasoning) for 30 seconds at the end to put some sort of flavour back into the brew. I don’t think three steeps is too much to ask for, especially because those last two steeps were over an hour each.

Overall, this is a really great iced tea with or without sweetener. Lots of sweet strawberry jam, tropical fruits, papaya. It doesn’t resteep well, however.

Pairing Celestial.seasonings with good tea. Saves $$$ :))

I have this box of berry zinger from forever ago (a gift), but I don’t actually like the extreme sour. I’ve been trying to experiment with short steep times or mixing with other teas in an effort to use it up, but there are something like 20 teabags in a box. It’s almost a job.

The last bit of Caribbean crush + 30 seconds of Celestial seasonings was actually a nice pairing. More of berry jello than strawberry jello, but anything desserty is ok with me.

You know you love a tea when you drink 250g of it in a month… then get another 200g and I can see it lasting less than that time…

My goodness. I love this tea. This one and Guava Cadabra make me so happy. I’ve probably had about the same amount of Guava. Oh goodness.. so much tea…

YUM YUM

I have been enjoying this tea as a cold brew for the last two days and it delicious! So refreshing and I really enjoy the sweetness too. I do believe that I have found the perfect iced tea for me for this summer!

I know others have reviewed this and said that they mostly get cranberry and hibiscus but that couldn’t be further from my tasting, I get more pineapple and papaya with the right amount of tartness.

I really love this tea iced and I’m glad it came back as a permanent tea. Though I still have a whole tin from last year to finish. It’s really fruity and reminds me of a fruit punch. I’m really tasting the candied aspect of it. I really enjoy this one!

This tea smelled a lot like sunscreen while brewing. I remember liking it, but don’t really remember what it tasted like outside of “fruity and sweet.” Nice … But not memorable.

Ah yes, one of DT’s sunscreen teas. :)

This tea smells like “Sweet Tart” candy. Currently enjoying it hot. Have not tried it cold. While I do like this tea, I can’t seem to pick out any one flavor in it. This tea tastes mildly sweet. While I smell a tart note, I’m not getting that in the taste. Update: Tried this cold, it was ok but seemed weaker than when I tried it hot. The sweetness is a little milder when cold. Reducing my rating. After drinking it a while, I find it to be “just ok”.

I had this one during lunch the other day when I walked in a Davids store. I was looking for a new herbal to try and out of the three samples I sniffed (unfortunately I couldn’t remember the names of the others) this one smelled the best and was ‘limited edition’ so I decided to give it a try.

Once brewed it had a very pale link liquor. My first thought was that maaayybe it wasn’t fully steeped, given that it’s also herbal, but I decided to go for it anyways.

It was surprisingly very good. It was incredibly sweet (mind you I had a bit of honey added) but I thought it tasted delicious. It definitely was not watery and did not lack any flavor at all.

It really reminded me of fruit punch. I had this one hot but I imagine it would taste good iced as well.

Not sure where they got the ‘caribbean’ in it’s name from. My first thoughts were of fruit punch and not so much a tropical one, but it was still good nevertheless.

You know what? I kind of liked this one, but granted, I’ve only enjoyed it as a pseudo-tea pop, mixing a 1:1 or 2:1 ratio of cold brew to club soda. I think I also made the first jug on the weaker side because the liquor was paler than expected, and in comparison to the second jug, which had a darker pink hue. I can see how others could find this artificial if drunk straight, or brewed stronger. I could taste a bit of sweetened cranberry, and some general tropical flavour too, but nothing truly stood out.

My mom liked this with the club soda and commented that it was like drinking an Italian soda, and I totally see what she means. Just like how you wouldn’t enjoy those flavoured syrups alone, or more concentrated, but they (well, some) end up tasting quite good with club soda, same as Caribbean Crush.

I prepared this today per the instructions in the Davids Tea perfect pitcher. It was not bad, however, I would not buy it again. There is nothing amazing about the tea, just a pretty generic fruity flavor. I think I would like it more had it been stronger, however, since I followed the directions it came out too weak. Next time I will steep for double the time.
