Overall I like it, but I don’t like it enough to go for a refill when I run out. I enjoyed trying this once (25g bag), but it isn’t a tea that I want in my permanent stash.

It goes down smoothly and always makes me want another cup, which is great because it’s an oolong that does a super second infusion…
The second Infusion (3 minutes, 85 C) brings a slighter darker, more brown-green liquor. The body has not thinned much, but the tea itself tastes even more floral than before. Mmmm.
Also good to know. I love Ti Kuan Yin and worry that oolongs are so delicate that added flavours might crush them. Thanks again for your notes.
