Last season one of my friend brought me a Baihao Yinzhen a Silver Needle produced in China and friends believe me this tea just refreshed my memories of the Chinese Silver Needle.
This tea has been made from the early plucking of the summer season on a bright sunny day. Only the buds have been delicately plucked before the open up. Further they have been naturally dried in shallow baskets to wilt for an extended period and then put into the drier for the final touch.
This is the most prized tea all around the globe and is a rejoice for the tea connoisseurs.
