From Adagio Custom Blends

A fruity, tropical blend hailing from the beach town of Comodo. You’ll feel like you’re on vacation with a sip of this. Maybe you’ve got work or school the next day, but take today to relax and worry about that kind of stuff in the morning. Best served cold with a slice of lemon, maybe some agave nectar, one of those cocktail umbrellas, and let’s not forget the bendy straw.

Based on Tizona, a member of the guild ‘Bad Company’ from the MMORPG Ragnarok Online.

Another Starfishey sample! …SO UH I let this steep for a bit too long but it’s still pretty good; REALLY fruity! And more sweet than I expected? I think I was expecting more tangy flavors but I got a lot of sweet fruitiness.

I DID THIS ONE AGAIN steeped at a proper time and it actually didn’t change the overall taste too much. Same flavor just a little less strong. IT’S NOT BAD, I think I might actually like it better iced though? HMMM.

Preparation
Boiling 8 min or more
starfishey

Yeah I can see where oversteeping would make it so fruity. If you look at the ingredients there isn’t a whole lot to contribute to that tang you were looking for, but if I remember right the agave helps with that (GIVE IT A TRY).

I added 2 tsp to make a 16oz cup with a bit of agave nectar, and MAN WAS IT GOOD. I inhaled it!

It was fruity, and delicious. This was my first time using agave nectar and I feel like it really brought out the flavor. I’ll write more on the actual flavors of it next time I make a cup — which will be soon.
