I’m considering re-watching Stargate Atlantis very soon! It’s a great cast and I miss the show! This tea helps! :)

RachanaC (Rachel)-iHeartTeas

I know what you mean. It was a great show.

TeaEqualsBliss

Did I include this one in your package? If not I can throw some in the next package I am starting for you! Let me know…

Angrboda

I never managed to get more than halfway through Atlantis. I ♥ SG1 though and am currently on a re-watch spree (while trying to figure out which discs need replacing. I got a dodgy set box with the discs in stupid cardboard pockets so several of them are a bit scratched)
Maybe I’ll do Atlantis afterwards. It depends on whether or not I end up buying it or finding it online. The latter is probably a big part in why I lost interest.

ashmanra

Netflix has all of them, and Hulu might have them free. (Atlantis, that is!) I dearly loved Stargate SG-1, though Firefly is probably my most favorite ever ever!

Angrboda

I can’t use either of those. Not American, see. :)

TeaEqualsBliss

Can you get FanCast? Fancast and Hulu are both live stream unless your country blocks them out???

Angrboda

Hulu is not available outside of America, definitely. I’ve never heard of the other one, but I’ve used Surfthechannel.com before. But online watching in general, no matter what the source is, is what I mean about being a big part of losing interest. It makes it harder to really enjoy something when it’s not on a proper tv.

TeaEqualsBliss

I agree! Totally understand :)

RachanaC (Rachel)-iHeartTeas

No I didn’t get this one in my package but would love to try it next time. Thanks!

Thank you to TeaEqualsBliss for sending me some of this tea!

A very tasty blend. Blueberries, vanilla and chocolate chips make a very enticing aroma and flavor. The black tea base is a little harsh when the tea is very hot, but as it cools slighlty I find that the black tea is no longer harsh, and as an added bonus, the flavors have developed very well.

The blueberry is the strongest note, with vanilla tones that weave their way in and out throughout the sip. The chocolate adds a very nice touch. A very nice blend, thank you again TeaEqualsBliss!

Wow, the first sip is so smooth. There is just a hint of bitterness from the chocolate, I think. It could be I steeped it too long. However, the sweetness of the berries show up as the tea goes down, and the effect if very yummy. I am definitely going to have to try this with a bit of creamer.

Edited 3/27: Resteeped this this morning, and with some creamer and honey, it was kind of like eating really good cake. Can’t wait to try this again.

Thanks so much for trying this and reviewing this! :) I have found the chocolate-bitterness is less when only infusing for 3 mins.

Thanks for the advice. Maybe I’ll have this with my lunch. It seems like a day for dessert teas (hating the rain in a big way).

Thanks to TeaEqualsBliss for my awesome SweeTea pkg!

This is one of her blends and its awesome! I wasn’t sure about the chocolate and blueberry but the flavors all blend very well together and since this is my first cup o tea in about a week and 1/2 that I could start to taste the flavors in. . . I was surprised how much I enjoyed this one. . . I see an order in my future!

Delish!

I served this tonight at my book club where we were discussing Neverwhere by Neil Gaiman. It was actually one of the few Adagio black teas that I really enjoyed. Sweet, chocolate, malt with a slight fruity undertone. Everyone seemed to enjoy it. While I’m not normally one to go with the crowd, in this instance, I happen to agree.
