Sipdown!
I don’t think I was impressed with this the last time I brewed it, but today it’s got a nice berry flavor with some tart hibiscus. I used a bit more leaf to finish this off, so maybe that’s the way to go. Certainly not my favorite Cuppa Geek tea, and I won’t need to replenish this in my cupboard, but its not a bad cup.

The berry flavor turned out a little fake and chalky. Maybe it’s underleafed, but the black tea is a little watery as well. Unfortunately, this isn’t very tasty.

This was the remaining tea for the CuppaGeek advent meant for New Years day. It’s god a hibiscus-berry flavor and perhaps some vanilla but I don’t get much in the way of cream.

Day 22 advent
This was a really nice cuppa today. Something about the berry and creamy flavour just sat right with me today.

Cuppageek Advent Day 19

This is one of the teas I was most looking forward to trying because it sounds so delicious. Then someone said that Frosted Cranberry tasted like a Berries and Cream blend to them, and when I had Frosted Cranberry I just loved it. So I figured for my next order it would be a showdown between these two.

I like this one and my husband did, too. But I am pretty sure Frosted Cranberry wins as my fruity black tea for the next order! I am looking forward to finishing my advent so I can see what most needs to go on my next order. Chocolate Covered Marshmallows for sure if it is available by then! More Spiced Fall Evenings, too! Pretty in Pink to get ready for spring, which comes early here.

Advent Day 3, From the Depths of the Grab Bag.

“Jello again. Strawberry. It’s got some floral like a rose or linden and fruity like strawberry.

Smells fruity, floral and vanilla, a little hibiscus, maybe some chamomile, rosehips. It’s got that sourness from the rosehips kinda.

It definitely rosehips. Maybe it’s grape-like. Yeah, that’s about it. Did I hit anything that was in the tea?

I’d recommend it if you like, uh, I don’t know. No. It’s fine. 6/10."

I love them! It’s so funny but also super interesting to hear a fresh perspective.
